UPDATE as of 1154 Hrs the 2nd Alarm at 83 Eddy is contained. At this time the residential portion is under construction with no displaced. The commercial section self  evacuated w/no injuries. City Services will be standing by to assist if applicable. AVOID AREA per San Francisco Fire Department.
